%You are not required to be home at any point during your cleaning. We do recommend first time clients be present when the cleaning crew arrives or prior to us leaving to do a walk-through to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.
Gratuity is not required or expected but always appreciated for a job well done; 10% – 20% per cleaning technician is the general rule of thumb and you may hand it directly to them.
If any parking fees occur during the cleaning, clients are required to cover such fees and will be added onto your invoice.
